The Return & Exchange Policy of ABM7 is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as follows:
- Customers are entitled to request a return within 3 days from the date of purchase, and an exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original conditin, in its original packaging, and unused, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Customers will not bear any shipping fees or addtitional costs if the product is defective or not as described.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any additional costs if they request a return or exchange within the permitted period and conditions.
- Personal-use products are non-retunable, including perfumes, personal care products, creams, scrubs, oils, body wash, and body sprays.
- sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- The original purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.
